2. Injectors
Yesterday, as i was accelerating off the highway paytoll at full speed I noticed a significant decrease in power. It was as if the engine had run out of gas. Or my injectors weren't firing. This morning i pull out the spark plugs. Three were soaked with gazoline and the fourth one was dry. When I crank the engine with no sparks, i place a tissue on the top of each hole in the injector, the 3 drenched with gazoline jump out but the 4th stays shut. I tested the ground connection on ECU pins 14/55/30/55/48/55/14/55/48/ i get zero Ohm. I assume that the problem is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset PID without success. The car will start when the G28 is unplugged and is running fine when it is plugged in however it has intermittent misfire issues at higher RPM. The coolant sensor (G62) even if it is not plugged in, shows a temperature of -49c. Also i noticed that the oil pressure gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bar while the actual pressure is 0.0 when I crank up the engine.
I'm not certain what to do, but i feel i have pretty much completely ruled out all other possibilities. I'm concerned that i may have missed something. Please let me know If you have any suggestions! TIA!
