Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.

For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item like armor, weapon, or rings. This swaps the current item for another similar one, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the quality of the original item upgrades and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment into three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage done by melee and weapons while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available such as upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Upgrades require a standard Best item upgrade. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left on the space until the next successful result is repeated. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. Once they're opened they show a complete description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that increase the level of an item by improving its stats or attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take between a few seconds and minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. It's an excellent option for players who wish to get an edge in battle but don't want burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto an entirely new piece of equipment.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are numerous ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets you increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in the area. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at a time. Each upgrade component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can put in an item to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the stats of the base item will be increased by an amount of. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum level that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. Likewise, once an item is on a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at a discount.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs, which can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Items upgrades enable players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as a number Upgrade Tokens.

Upgrades to items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the quality item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it cannot be removed and replaced freely, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the item's statistics.

The helm upgrade items "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases the base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. These include the item type (either weapon or armor), the tier of that item and the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to indicate how close to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
