They are sold as a pair for the outer and inner door, with screws and spindles included. They are also available in handed and unhandled versions for different types of users.

These can be used to replace existing doors made of upvc. They are typically operated by lifting up the levers, which throw out all of the multipoint locks and turning the key to close / unlock. This kind of handle is made for uPVC doors fitted with multipoint locks that operate using split spindle technology. This kind of operation requires that the internal lever handle and the external pad handle both be fitted to the same lock case. This can be a simple change from the current uPVC handles, but it could also require changing the lock case or a new set of handle furniture to allow this added functionality.
