The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can transform from a single stroller to double stroller with the addition of a second seat or glider board (sold separately). It can also be configured into a triple travel system by adding an infant bench seat or car seat. It has 24 configurations in all and is the most highly rated stroller. The model is made of Baby Jogger's breathable, soft TENCEL fabrics that help with thermal regulation and are sustainably sourced. It has a premium leatherette handlebar and bumper bar and comes with the belly bar. It is 20percent smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller available, the UPPAbaby V2.

It comes with a moderate-sized sunshade and a convenient magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping handlebars are one of the simplest to adjust and works for parents of all heights. The seats recline and there's a footwell adjuster to help you position your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is spacious with plenty of space, but we would have preferred an easier latch. It's easy to access but we found the zippers somewhat frustrating as they need to be completely undone and refastened for each use.

Like its siblings, the City Select has single-action brakes which are easy to set and release with the release of a lever on the side of the frame lower than the handlebar. It is sandal- and barefoot friendly and is a significant improvement over the clunky brake levers other brands use.

This is the only stroller we've reviewed that can accept two infant seats. It's a great option for parents who have twins or a baby on the way. It can fit the majority of infant car seats from major brands using an adapter. We tested it on Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is incompatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a great option for families that already own a car seat but are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you may be better served with another convertible stroller for this scenario.
