We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it perfect for parents who want to get out and explore. It also comes with a large storage basket under it and plenty of attachments to give parents the option to carry lighter shopping items or groceries with it. It's a bit more expensive than other pushchairs 2 in 1 in one prams, however it's definitely worth the investment because the quality and function are top-notch.

The stroller comes with an easy-pull harness that makes secure your child's seat a breeze. It features the sun canopy, which has XXL panels that can be removed and peek-aboo windows. It comes with a tray for parents to store their snacks, drinks and phones. The handlebar can be adjusted to match the height of the parent and the brake is easy to access, making it safe for children to use.

Our mom tester Sophie from London used the stroller with two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She found it easy to maneuver and very smooth on streets with cobbles, even when the ground was slick. The Twin Roo+ is a minimalist frame stroller that has car seat compatibility. It also has a large storage bin. It is among the lightest double strollers on the market. It weighs 24 lbs without attachments for infant car seats, which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It is slightly heavier than the UPPAbaby V2 double and the Thule Urban Glide cheap 2 in 1 prams double.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is easy to use. It snaps together quickly and takes less than 10 minutes to become road-ready. It doesn't have an enclosed canopy, so you will be required to buy your own sunshades to your children in case they need additional protection from the elements.

Through our testing during our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It's able to navigate most terrains with ease, although it has trouble going over grassy areas and gravel. It isn't easy to navigate over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We do not recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does have a great suspension to reduce bumps for passengers.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container however, it's hard to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers, however Joovy offers an additional under-seat baby carrier bag to help address this issue.

In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car storage and seat compatibility, however we'd rather have a stroller with a bit more flexibility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a nice feature, however it allows parents to place their infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly in terms of weight and size folded. It's the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly for its maneuverability which is an essential aspect for parents looking for a travel pram that can be tucked away in small spaces. The Delta is a basic stroller and does not have the features other strollers we tried offer like a large storage basket or a wide recline. It's a great choice for families on a limited budget or for those who need a second stroller occasionally, like for a trip to the Zoo.

The LX Side by Side is a light, Compact prams stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its relatively small frame and swivel wheels on the front as well as cushioned shoulder pads offer an easy ride for your children. It's comfortable for passengers with a multi-position recline seat and parent cup holder.

It also comes with an enormous canopy with a European style that provides shade from the sun and some protection against light winds. It also has two storage bags as well as an all-around harness with five points for safety.
