Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to taste. It mellows, and turns into warm to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brewing. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
