This is a fashionable and practical city buggy that is suitable for twins or a baby and toddler, or even three children with the addition of UPPAbaby's 'PiggyBack board (sold separately). Our testers noted that the Nipper double buggy from birth was incredibly easy to maneuver, even taking off on uneven ground or turning fast in an area with a lot of traffic. The feature that the seats can be reclined independently was also hugely appreciated.

They also loved that the hoods could be moved back and forward and back, making them much easier to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. They did not offer the same coverage as Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's worth having an extra rain cover inside the case.

Overall, our testers loved the way that the Nipper Double made it possible for them to take their twin stroller girls Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods, to running to the park for a playdate. The testers were also awed with how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There's plenty of room to stretch out for toddlers who are growing. Our testers did mention, however, that the lack of a parent-facing seating and inability to use car seats in this buggy were a problem and they would like to have more storage space for shopping and other gear.
