The Q Revo is an excellent option if you're seeking a robot vacuum mop robot and mop that's mid-range. It offers a great mopping experience, but it lacks the features that make up its more expensive sibling.

In tests, it was able to handle dust and dry oats on medium-pile carpet and pet hair on hard floors. It doesn't employ LIDAR however, as cheaper models do, to locate your home.

This vacuum works well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It can take in large objects and does not lose suction as fast as other models do and can remove pet hair without much difficulty. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpets, but iRobot claims that future models will be more efficient.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that focuses on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that uses a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes that this will allow it to be able to hug furniture and walls. It's a step up from the hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are standard, but we found it only marginally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims that the S9+ has a superior filtering system that stops microscopic dust particles and allergens from recirculating within your home. It's a nice premise, but we're not convinced it's enough to justify the high price cost.

Its smart navigation system employs a combination of sensors to remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology for mapping the interior. It then cleans your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundary markers so that the robot knows which areas need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robot that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are as effective as those on more expensive models and its mopping feature is better still--its spinning pads do a better job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

The only issue is the absence of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. But that's not a problem when you're looking to purchase one of the top robots available. The dust tank on the robo-vac is bigger than most of its competitors, and filling it up takes only two or three times, even when you have maximum dirt.

As for the mopping system, I was amazed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. Its two lowest mopping modes that are less abrasive than the high-powered ones, generate minimal noise, allowing you to work or even watch TV without interruption. If it encounters a wall or furniture piece, it gently bumps into it and then moves on.

The Q Revo is unique in that it runs almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac is multifunctional and can automatically transfer garbage into a bin hidden. It also washes and dries the clean water tank. The app is good at alerting you when something requires attention, for example, the water tank being empty or a scheduled vacuuming session that was cancelled because of a full dust bin.

You can also create and merge actual rooms to alter the way that Q Revo treats your abode. This feature is helpful if you have different flooring in different areas of your house or in the event that you have to regularly get rid of clutter like clothes, toys, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, taking debris from both carpets and hardwoods in its first run. It can even vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying the area with a towel prior to sending it to.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a top-quality robot vacuum and mop and more. It has a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with an auto-cleaning station that automatically washes and empties the mop pads to keep them fresh and ready for reuse. It also features a new sensor system that better detects obstacles, giving it the ability to avoid falling over furniture and other objects.

The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS the X1 Deebot is its sleeker, modern design. The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end mop and vacuum robot that comes with a range of convenience features you don't often see on robots that vacuum and mop of this price. It is able to build detailed floor maps, identify various flooring types, and it's one of the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. While these features are useful but they also push the L10s Ultra into the category of luxury which could make it a little more expensive than what some homeowners require.
