This model does not have an upper mounted camera that can recognize items or search for features that are unique. Some of its more expensive models do. However, it adds just a little operating cost when you own this best-rated model. You'll have to replace the bag each time it gets full. They're inexpensive, but you might feel guilty about throwing them to the trash.
