Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd like to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility in seating configuration is a huge plus. Parents can place their infant car seats either opposite directions or in the same direction, depending on their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored well for its weight and fold size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored well on maneuverability, an essential attribute for parents looking for a stroller for travel that can fit into tiny spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product with a few features that other strollers that we tested offer, like an extended recline or a large storage basket. However, it's a great option for families with a limited budget and those who require an additional stroller for occasional use, like an outing to the zoo.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its comparatively short frame and swivel wheels on the front as well as cushioned shoulder pads offer the perfect ride for your kids.
