Repair Patches

If you've got holes or two in your gears, consider adding some adhesive patches to your rep kit. These heavy-duty patches feature a high-performance adhesive pre-applied to a durable polyurethane backing that lets a tear heal under pressure. The patches are available in color or clear versions. They are durable against punctures, as well as sunlight, moisture, saltwater and temperature extremes.

If your kit doesn't contain any of the above items, you might want to consider including a bag of waterproof Aquaseal wader repair sealant. This water-tight adhesive can be bonded to fabrics and metals for a permanent fix. It's great for repairing drysuits and is able to be applied while in the field.
