Avon is initially uncomfortable with her rebellious behaviour but he soon learns to be in love with her.

I did find it a bit difficult to keep track of who was who at the beginning, because Heyer refers to the Duke using a variety of different names in the first few pages. But once you get it figured out, it becomes much easier to read. The book was amazing and I would highly recommend it. You won't be let down regardless of whether you're a Georgette Heyer lover or love romance in general!
