The best Vacuums Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent option if you're looking to buy a mid-range robot vacuum and mop. It's got a fantastic mopping performance but lacks certain of the more advanced features that are found in its more expensive sibling.

During testing it was able to handle dust and dry oats on carpets with medium piles and pet hair on hard floors. It doesn't employ LIDAR however, as other models do, to identify your home.

1. IRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It is a powerful cleaner and a variety of features, including an automatic dirt bin built into its charging base. It can also learn your habits of cleaning and suggest automatic schedules for a truly hands-free experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning process at the click of a button. You can select a general clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger pieces of debris like rice and cereal. You can also select two detailed mappings to ensure that the entire home is cleaned thoroughly.

This robot vacuum performs well on both floors that are bare and carpets with low pile. It is able to pick up pet hair and clean big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with high-pile or plush carpet, however iRobot says it will improve with future models.

The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that is focused on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that adopts a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes that this will allow it to be able to hug the furniture and walls. It's an improvement over the hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are widely used however we found it to be only marginally superior to circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also features an advanced filtration system that blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating throughout your home. We like the claim but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its intelligent navigation system makes use of sensors to remember the layout of your home and vSLAM to map your interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, such as stairs and other barriers, and to tidy up your whole home efficiently possible. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, as well as set up virtual boundaries, so it can recognize areas that require more attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it comes to robots that combine vacuuming and mopping and mopping, the Roborock Q revo stands out. The app will only alert you when something is not right for example, the water tank being empty or a vacuuming session that is cancelled due to the bin being full.

You can also combine or create rooms to customize the way that Q Revo manages your home. This feature is helpful when you have different flooring in different areas of your home or in the event that you have to regularly remove clutter, such as clothes, toys, and books. The robot vacuum is also efficient and was among the top performers during my tests, removing debris from both carpets and hardwoods on the first pass. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying them with a towel before sending it into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo that comes with all the features you can want. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum with a powerful suction to clean carpet and hard floors, plus an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also comes with a self-cleaning station that automatically cleans and empty the mop pads, keeping them clean and best vacuums ready for reuse. It also has a sensor system that can detect obstacles better and prevents it from falling on furniture and other objects.

The most notable improvement to the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its modern, sleeker design. This is thanks to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best robot vacuum lidar known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot is still large--it measures over two feet in both height and depth, and weighs nearly four pounds. However the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.

This model is also more efficient than the X1 one, because it has faster battery charging and can handle a full cleaning of about 1,500 square feet with just one charge. It also has a larger and more robust dust bin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that is functional even when you're not at home. It also has an intelligent routing feature that allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your home instead of following a set path.

The Omni X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested thanks to its mop pads that rotate to scrub away tough stains and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent as well and it increases suction when it senses carpet to ensure it's doing an excellent job. It has a large rechargeable battery that lasts up to seven days. The mopping mode of the robot is also very effective.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and robot vacuum that comes with a range of convenience features you aren't likely to find on robots in this price. It can make detailed floor maps and identify different flooring types. It's also one of the few robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These features are great however they can push the L10s into the premium category. This could mean it's more expensive than homeowners need.

Designed to look like a contemporary floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish that's highlighted by mirror plating and silver elements. The front of the machine is dominated by an enormous bumper that helps protect furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage when moving through the house. In the pane in the front is a second navigation technology that is comprised of sensors that help the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the screen, you'll find one button that basically is a switch for on and off. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, and pressing it again will turn off the vacuum and return it to its base station. The central control panel includes a circular menu that lets you select cleaning modes as well as schedules and preferences. However, it wasn't as efficient in dealing with sand on the hard floor and the quaker oats that are on carpet.
